Do you want to create clear and high-quality technical documentation for mobile machinery and industrial customer projects?

We are looking for a Technical Communication Specialist to join Comatec Mobility’s Technical Communication team.

With us, you will become part of an experienced team working with technical content creation in demanding projects in various sectors.

In this role, you will create content for user, maintenance, and installation instructions, as well as compile spare parts lists and catalogues for our customers. You will also take part in planning and the production of technical illustrations for publications and contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation processes. Obviously, you are familiar with networking with specialists from different fields as well as searching for information to back up your efforts.

Your work will cover:

• creating content for user, maintenance, and installation instructions

• compiling spare parts lists and catalogues

• planning and producing technical illustrations for publications

• developing and maintaining documentation processes

• cooperating with specialists from different fields and gathering information to support high-quality documentation

We have a flexible hybrid work model, and the role can be based at our office in Vantaa, Turku or Tampere. The role may also include occasional visits to customers’ production sites.

What we expect from you:

• a degree in communications, languages or a technical field

• previous experience in technical communication or technical documentation

• experience in industrial production environments and products

· knowledge and previous experience of modular content creation and related systems

• an organized and goal-oriented way of working

• good customer interaction skills and the ability to manage deadlines

• the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• excellent English skills and fluent Finnish skills

The salary range for this position is EUR 3 200–4 000 per month. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills and experience.
