Electrical Design Engineer
We are looking for Electrical Design Engineers to join our team. You will become part of an experienced engineering unit with strong expertise in industrial electrical design. Our team combines practical know-how with modern design tools, and we work closely with international technology companies on diverse and challenging projects. We are open to both junior and senior level candidates.
Your role
In this role, you will work on diverse assignments for global technology companies. The tasks can range from individual component dimensioning to complete system deliveries. Your work may include tasks with:
- Electrical design and dimensioning
- Frequency inverters
- Cables and power rails (electric rails)
- Actuators
- Cabinet layout and design
- Fuses, circuit breakers, upstream protection devices
- Short-circuit withstand capacity of cabinets
- Relaying
You will be located at our Brasov office with the opportunity for hybrid work. The job may include occasional travelling for no longer than a couple of days.
What we expect
- Degree in electrical engineering
- Some previous experience from Electrical Engineering
- Background in dimensioning and component selection (cables, VFDs, fuses, etc.)
- Experience with switchboards, cabinets or control panels (highly beneficial)
- Familiarity with ePlan, AutoCAD, and/or Cadmatic
