Documentation Specialist
Would you be interested in helping to build a new documentation framework from the ground up while applying your strong expertise in technical writing?
We are looking for a Documentation Specialist to strengthen our client’s documentation team in the defence industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
producing technical content for various user, maintenance, and installation manuals
compiling and maintaining spare part catalogues and other technical documentation
gathering technical information in collaboration with engineering, product development, and other specialists
utilising and creating visual materials to support documentation
contributing to the development of documentation processes and tools
supporting the implementation of a new modular content management system together with the Documentation Manager
In this role you are expected to work four days a week on-site at the client’s premises in Karjaa, with one day of remote work per week.
We expect you to have:
experience in technical writing, technical documentation, or producing instruction materials
experience with modular documentation systems or their
understanding of industrial products and engineering processes
fluency in English and Finnish
the ability to work systematically and independently
strong collaboration and communication skills when working with other specialists
experience with PDM/PLM systems
