Technical Content Creation Specialist

Comatec’s Technical Communication department is looking for a Technical Content Creation Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Finland. In this hybrid role, you’ll play a key part in producing high-quality spare part catalogues and technical documentation that support the lifecycle of our customers’ products.
What You’ll Do
As a Content Creation Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Compiling and maintaining spare part listings and catalogues for a variety of industrial clients.
- Planning and producing graphic content to support technical publications.
- Creating clear, accurate, and visually engaging user, maintenance, and installation instructions.
- Contributing to the development and optimization of documentation processes and tools.
- Collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and other specialists to gather and verify technical information.
This is a role where your work directly supports the usability, safety, and maintainability of complex industrial products.
What We’re Looking For
We value both technical know-how and communicational skills. Ideally, you bring:
- A degree in communications, languages, or a technical field.
- Experience in spare part documentation or similar technical content creation.
- Familiarity with industrial products and production environments.
- Knowledge of PDM or PLM systems.
- Bonus points for experience in other areas of technical communication or content production.
We trust you are an organized worker systematically progressing to reach the set goals. You get along well with customers and can deal with deadlines. You feel good to be a part of a team but also able to work independently. Excellent knowledge of the English language is a must and other language skills a big benefit.
