We are seeking a Customer Outreach Specialist to support our team in updating our customer database and expanding our client base. This is a temporary role focused on proactive communication and lead generation, perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated young professional to enhance their sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Database Management:
- Contact existing and previous customers via phone to verify and update their contact information in our CRM platform.
- Ensure all data is accurately entered and maintained.
Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential new customers aligned with our business.
- Reach out to prospects via phone to introduce our services and secure meetings for our sales team.
Performance Tracking:
- Report on call outcomes, updated records, and scheduled meetings to ensure progress toward goals.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Interest in different kinds of engineering fields is seen as a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
- Basic research skills to identify potential customers.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or outbound calling is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or data management tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft software.
- Languages: Estonian, English (Russian is a plus but not required). Office language is English.
What We Offer
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary of €1000 (brutto), plus a performance-based bonus of €10 (brutto) for each confirmed meeting with a new customer.
Flexible Duration: Initial 1-2 month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
