We are looking for

SOFTWARE ENGINEER to strengthen our team in Brasov.

Our customers are internationally operating export companies in the technology industry. Your task is to work as an software designer on our customer projects, being responsible for the quality and schedule of your own work. You'll play a key role in designing and implementing the core software that powers our clients’ products.

You will work in close cooperation with many different stakeholders, such as product managers, project managers, design engineers, clients and suppliers, and you will actively participate in customer and stakeholder negotiations and maintain good relationships. That is why we expect you to have good interaction and negotiation skills.

The position can be tailored to fit your level of expertise and work background.

In this position your responsibilities will be

  • Software design
  • Commissioning (possible)
  • Be a representative of the company and have technical ownership of assigned tasks or projects
  • Support project and sales teams in projects and stakeholders with concepts and product solutions maintaining and developing knowledge in our organization
  • Collaboration with project team members

What we expect from you

You are an automation / software engineer / M.Sc. (Tech.) or an another applicable education and you have accumulated competence in automation engineer tasks and you have some of the following:

  • Equipment knowledge in the process or marine industry
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C+, C++ and Codesys, Javascript, SQL and Visual Basic
  • Good communication skills, as you will work in cooperation with both your own team and end customers
  • Teamwork skills

Success in the position requires initiative and organizational skills, as well as a willingness to work in the customer interface. You have good teamwork skills and a desire for continuous development.

We offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. This position requires international travel to client sites for commissioning projects.
