Electromobility Technician
Poznań, Wrocław with relocation contract of employment, B2B contract full-time specialist (Mid / Regular), senior specialist (Senior)
Your responsibilities:
- Commissioning of traction systems in electric buses, including high-voltage batteries, charging systems, communication systems, and more.
- Installing, verifying, and configuring vehicle software on the control unit.
- Diagnosing faults and implementing corrective actions in coordination with relevant specialized departments.
- Conducting quality and functionality checks on the E/E system and its performance in buses.
- Documenting and approving completed commissioning tasks.
- Contributing to the development of future electromobility solutions, including testing methods and appropriate process steps.
Our requirements:
- Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automation technician, or a similar qualification with a strong background in E/E systems.
- Intermediate English or German proficiency.
- The willingness to relocate.
- Ideally, further education in mechatronics or vehicle technology (B.Sc.)
- Strong interest in diagnostic tasks with a keen focus on quality.
- Ideally, knowledge of high-voltage systems (automotive) and/or traction systems (rail) and their safety mechanisms (e.g., insulation monitoring, emergency stop circuits).
- Basic knowledge of programming environments like CODESYS, Matlab, and Simulink (familiarity with communication systems such as CAN bus J1939 is a plus).
- Passion for learning and expanding skill sets
- Team-oriented, solution-focused, and hands-on mentality.
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
- Enthusiasm for vehicles and an interest in automotive industry.
