Tietosuojakäytäntö yrityksen Comatec työnantajamielikuva- ja rekrytointipalveluille

Comatec hallinnoi työnantajamielikuvaansa ja rekrytointiprosessiaan -urasivustonsa (Urasivusto) ja siihen liittyvän hakijaseurantajärjestelmän avulla.
Tässä tietosuojakäytännössä kerromme, miten käsittelemme henkilötietojasi, jos:
- Käyt Urasivustollamme (jolloin sinut määritellään Kävijäksi)
- Olet yhteydessä meihin Urasivustomme kautta luodaksesi profiilin ja vastaanottaaksesi tietoa nykyisistä tai tulevista avoimista työpaikoistamme (jolloin sinut määritellään Yhteyttä ottavaksi hakijaksi)
- Haet työpaikkaa meiltä Urasivustomme tai kolmannen osapuolen palvelun kautta (jolloin sinut määritellään Työpaikan hakijaksi)
- Keräämme tietoja sinusta muilta osapuolilta ja muista sivustoista ja palveluista, kun uskomme profiilisi olevan sopiva nykyisiin tai tuleviin avoimiin työpaikkoihimme (jolloin sinut määritellään Hankituksi hakijaksi)
- Saamme tietoja sinusta työntekijöiltämme tai kumppaneiltamme, jos he uskovat profiilisi olevan sopiva nykyisiin tai tuleviin avoimiin työpaikkoihimme (jolloin sinut määritellään Suositelluksi hakijaksi)
- Saamme tietoja sinusta hakijalta, joka on ilmoittanut sinut suosittelijakseen (jolloin sinut määritellään Suosittelijaksi).
Tässä tietosuojakäytännössä kerrotaan myös, mitä oikeuksia sinulla on käsittelemiemme henkilötietojesi suhteen ja miten voit käyttää näitä oikeuksia.
Kun tässä tietosuojakäytännössä käytetään termiä Hakija, sillä viitataan Yhteyttä ottavaan hakijaan, Työpaikan hakijaan, Hankittuun hakijaan ja Suositeltuun hakijaan, ellei toisin mainita.
1. Tietoja henkilötietojen käsittelystä
Henkilötietoja ovat kaikki tiedot, jotka voidaan suoraan tai epäsuorasti yhdistää luonnolliseen henkilöön. Esimerkkejä henkilötiedoista ovat nimi, sähköpostiosoite, puhelinnumero ja IP-osoite. Henkilötietojen käsittelyä on kaikki kokonaan tai osittain automatisoitu henkilötietojen käyttö, kuten henkilötietojen kerääminen, luominen, analysointi, luovuttaminen ja poistaminen.
Noudatamme henkilötietojen käsittelyssä EU:n yleisestä tietosuoja-asetusta (2016/679, GDPR) ja yksityisyyden suojasta työelämässä annettua lakia (759/2004, muutoksineen) sekä muuta soveltuvaa tietosuojalainsäädäntöä.
Useimmat tietosuoja-asetuksen velvoitteet koskevat rekisterinpitäjää. Rekisterinpitäjä on taho, joka päättää, mihin tarkoituksiin henkilötietoja käytetään ja miten niitä käsitellään. Rekisterinpitäjä voi käyttää henkilötietojen käsittelyyn henkilötietojen käsittelijää. Henkilötietojen käsittelijä on taho, joka saa käsitellä henkilötietoja vain rekisterinpitäjän ohjeiden mukaisesti, eikä se saa käyttää henkilötietoja omiin tarkoituksiinsa.
Olemme rekisterinpitäjä, kun käsittelemme henkilötietojasi tässä tietosuojakäytännössä kuvatun mukaisesti.
2. Mitä henkilötietoja käsittelemme?
Kaikki henkilöt
- Laitetiedot - Jos käyt Urasivustollamme, keräämme tietoja laitteestasi, kuten IP-osoite, selaintyyppi ja -versio, käyttäytyminen istunnon aikana, liikenteen lähde, näytön resoluutio, valittu kieli, maantieteellinen sijainti, käyttöjärjestelmä ja laitteen asetukset/käyttö.
- Tekniset ja tilastolliset tiedot - Jos käyt Urasivustollamme, keräämme teknisiä ja tilastollisia tietoja sivuston käytöstäsi, kuten tietoja siitä, missä URL-osoitteissa vierailet ja mitä toimia teet sivustolla.
- Viestintätiedot - Keräämme ja tallennamme viestintäsi sisältämät tiedot, kun olet yhteydessä meihin. Tähän voivat sisältyä sähköpostiviestien sisältö, videotallenteet, viestit sosiaalisessa mediassa, tilillesi lisäämäsi tiedot, kyselyt jne.
- Yhteystiedot - Esimerkiksi nimesi, sähköpostiosoitteesi, puhelinnumerosi ja fyysinen osoitteesi.
Hakijat
- Tiedot haastatteluista, arvioinneista ja muista rekrytointiprosessin vaiheista. - Esimerkiksi muistiinpanot haastatteluista, arvioinnit ja testit, palkkatoiveet.
- Hakemuksesi tiedot - Esimerkiksi CV:si, työhakemuksesi, työnäytteesi, suosituksesi, suosittelukirjeesi ja koulutuksesi.
- Julkisen profiilisi tiedot – Tiedot, jotka keräämme työkokemuksestasi julkisista lähteistä, kuten LinkedInistä tai nykyisen työnantajasi sivustosta, mikäli ilmoitat meille LinkedIn-profiilisi tai muita julkisia verkkolähteitä.
- Suosittelijoilta saadut tiedot - Tiedot, jotka saamme työntekijöiltämme tai kumppaneiltamme, jotka suosittelevat sinua meille, tai henkilöiltä, jotka olet ilmoittanut suosittelijoiksesi.
3. Mistä saamme henkilötietosi?
Kaikki henkilöt
- Urasivustolta. Kun vierailet Urasivustollamme, keräämme teknistä ja tilastollista tietoa Urasivuston käytöstäsi ja laitteeltasi.
- Sinulta. Saamme suuren osan käsittelemistämme tiedoistasi sinulta, esimerkiksi kun haet työpaikkaa meiltä tai otat meihin yhteyttä. Voit aina olla antamatta meille tietojasi. Ilman henkilötietojasi emme kuitenkaan pysty käsittelemään hakemustasi tai antamaan sinulle pyytämiäsi tietoja.
Suosittelijat
- Henkilöltä, joka on ilmoittanut sinut suosittelijaksi. Jos Hakija on ilmoittanut sinut suosittelijaksi, keräämme yhteystietosi hakijalta, jotta voimme ottaa sinuun yhteyttä.
Hakijat
- Julkisista lähteistä Voimme kerätä henkilötietojasi julkisista lähteistä, kuten LinkedInistä tai nykyisen työnantajasi verkkosivustosta, mikäli ilmoitat meille LinkedIn-profiilisi tai muita julkisia verkkolähteitä.
- Suosittelijoiltamme. Voimme kerätä henkilötietojasi työntekijöiltämme tai kumppaneiltamme (kuten rekrytointipalveluntarjoajilta), jos he uskovat profiilisi olevan sopiva nykyisiin tai tuleviin avoimiin työpaikkoihimme.
- Suosittelijoiltasi. Jos ilmoitat meille suosittelijoita, voimme kerätä henkilötietojasi heiltä.
- Tiedot, jotka luomme itse tai yhdessä sinun kanssasi. Hakemustasi ja profiiliasi koskevat tiedot luomme yleensä itse tai yhdessä kanssasi rekrytointiprosessin aikana. Tämä voi sisältää esimerkiksi haastatteluja koskevat muistiinpanot, arvioinnit ja testit.
4. Mihin ja millä käsittelyperusteella käytämme henkilötietojasi?
Käsittelemme henkilötietojasi seuraaviin käyttötarkoituksiin:
Tiedon tarjoaminen avoimista työpaikoistamme.
Asianomaiset henkilöt: Yhteyttä ottavat hakijat.
Käytetyt henkilötietoryhmät: Yhteystiedot, viestintätiedot.
Käsittelyperuste: oikeutettu etu
Meille lähetettyjen profiilien ja hakemusten läpikäynti. Tähän kuuluu myös yhteydenpito kanssasi hakemuksestasi ja profiilistasi.
Asianomaiset henkilöt: Yhteyttä ottavat hakijat, Hakemuksen lähettäneet hakijat.
Käytetyt henkilötietoryhmät: Kaikkia edellä lueteltuja henkilötietoryhmiä voidaan käyttää tähän tarkoitukseen.
Käsittelyperuste: oikeutettu etu, sopimuksen valmistelu
Ammatillisen profiilisi koostaminen ja arvioiminen omasta aloitteestamme. Tähän kuuluu myös yhteydenpito kanssasi profiilistasi.
Asianomaiset henkilöt: Hankitut hakijat, Suositellut hakijat.
Käytetyt henkilötietoryhmät: Kaikkia edellä lueteltuja henkilötietoryhmiä voidaan käyttää tähän tarkoitukseen.
Käsittelyperuste: oikeutettu etu
Yhteyden ottaminen sinuun tietyistä, tulevista työpaikoistamme.
Asianomaiset henkilöt: Hakijat.
Käytetyt henkilötietoryhmät: Kaikkia edellä lueteltuja henkilötietoryhmiä voidaan käyttää tähän tarkoitukseen.
Käsittelyperuste: oikeutettu etu
Haastattelujesi tallentaminen.
Asianomaiset henkilöt: Hakijat.
Käytetyt henkilötietoryhmät: Viestintätiedot.
Käsittelyperuste: suostumus
Yhteyden ottaminen sinuun, jotta voimme pyytää sinua osallistumaan kyselyihin.
Asianomaiset henkilöt: Hakijat.
Käytetyt henkilötietoryhmät: Kaikkia edellä lueteltuja henkilötietoryhmiä voidaan käyttää tähän tarkoitukseen.
Käsittelyperuste: oikeutettu etu
Yhteyden ottaminen sinuun, jotta voimme pyytää sinua antamaan tietoa Hakijasta ja arvioida antamasi tiedot.
Asianomaiset henkilöt: Suosittelijat.
Käytetyt henkilötietoryhmät: Yhteystiedot, viestintätiedot.
Käsittelyperuste: oikeutettu etu
Omiemme ja muiden etujen suojeleminen ja valvominen esimerkiksi oikeudellisten vaateiden yhteydessä.
Asianomaiset henkilöt: Henkilö(t), jota oikeudellinen asia koskee – tähän voi kuulua henkilöitä kaikista edellä luetelluista henkilöryhmistä.
Käytetyt henkilötietoryhmät: Kaikkia edellä lueteltuja henkilötietoryhmiä voidaan käyttää tähän tarkoitukseen.
Käsittelyperuste: oikeutettu etu
Henkilötietojesi jakaminen muille vastaanottajille alla olevassa osiossa 5 mainittuihin tarkoituksiin.
Asianomaiset henkilöt: Vaihtelee luovuttamisen tarkoituksen mukaan, ks. osio 5 jäljempänä.
Käytetyt henkilötietoryhmät: Kaikkia edellä lueteltuja henkilötietoryhmiä voidaan käyttää tähän tarkoitukseen.
Käsittelyperuste: oikeutettu etu, sopimuksen täytäntöönpano
Urasivuston sekä evästeiden ja muiden seurantatekniikoiden käyttöä koskevat tiedot, ks. Evästekäytäntö.
Asianomaiset henkilöt: Kävijät.
Käytetyt henkilötietoryhmät: Laitetiedot.
Käsittelyperuste: suostumus
Urasivuston ylläpitäminen, kehittäminen, testaaminen ja tietoturvan varmistaminen.
Asianomaiset henkilöt: Kävijät.
Käytetyt henkilötietoryhmät: Laitetiedot, tekniset ja tilastolliset tiedot.
Käsittelyperuste: oikeutettu etu tai suostumus
Sen analysointi, miten Urasivustoa ja sen sisältöä käytetään ja miten se toimii, tilastotietojen kerääminen ja sivuston toiminnan tehostaminen.
Asianomaiset henkilöt: Kävijät.
Käytetyt henkilötietoryhmät: Laitetiedot, tekniset ja tilastolliset tiedot.
Käsittelyperuste: suostumus
Kun käsittelemme henkilötietojasi oikeutetun etumme vuoksi, jotta voimme rekrytoida päteviä osaajia. Olemme todenneet, että meillä on oikeutettu etu käsitellä henkilötietoja tätä tarkoitusta varten, että käsittely on tarpeen tämän tarkoituksen saavuttamiseksi.
Voit pyytää meiltä lisätietoja siitä, miten tämä arviointi on tehty.
Tietyissä olosuhteissa henkilötietojasi käsitellään vain, jos ja kun annat suostumuksesi käsittelyyn. Näin on esimerkiksi silloin, kun ehdotamme haastattelun tallentamista. Lisätietoja oikeudestasi peruuttaa suostumuksesi on jäljempänä.
5. Kenelle luovutamme henkilötietojasi?
Toimittajamme. Luovutamme henkilötietojasi toimittajillemme, jotka tarjoavat palveluja ja toimintoja työnantajamielikuva- ja rekrytointiprosessissamme. Tällaisia ovat esimerkiksi rekrytointipalvelujen tarjoajat sekä Urasivustomme ja siihen liittyvän hakijaseurantajärjestelmän toimittaja.
Konserniyrityksemme. Voimme käyttää hakemustietojasi konserniyhtiömme kaikkien yhtiöiden avoimissa rekrytoinneissa, mikäli olet antanut suostumuksesi tietojesi käyttöön myös tulevien rekrytointien osalta.
Yritykset, jotka tarjoavat evästeitä Urasivustolla. Jos annat siihen suostumuksesi, evästeitä käyttävät meidän lisäksemme muut yritykset, jotka käyttävät evästeiden keräämiä tietoja omien tietosuojakäytäntöjensä mukaisesti. Lisätietoja siitä, mitä evästeitä tämä koskee on Evästekäytännössämme.
Viranomaiset ja muut julkiset toimijat, jotka määräävät meidät luovuttamaan tietoja. Luovutamme henkilötietojasi viranomaisille ja muille julkisille toimijoille, kun meillä on lakisääteinen velvollisuus tehdä niin.
Oikeuskäsittelyn osapuolet. Jos se on tarpeen oikeuksiemme suojaamiseksi tai puolustamiseksi, luovutamme henkilötietojasi viranomaisille tai muille osapuolille, jotka ovat osallisina mahdollisessa tai käynnissä olevassa oikeuskäsittelyssä. Tämä voi koskea esimerkiksi syrjintää koskevia vaatimuksia.
Fuusiot, yritysostot jne. Voimme luovuttaa henkilötietojasi muille prosessiin osallistuville osapuolille mahdollisen fuusion, yrityksen omaisuuden myynnin, rahoituksen tai koko liiketoimintamme tai sen osan ostamisen yhteydessä toiselle yritykselle.
6. Milloin siirrämme henkilötietojasi EU-/ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle ja kuinka suojaamme niitä silloin?
Pyrimme aina käsittelemään henkilötietojasi EU-/ETA-alueella.
Jotkut toimittajamme ja niiden alihankkijat kuitenkin käsittelevät henkilötietojasi EU-/ETA-alueen ulkopuolella. Käytämme myös toimittajia, joiden emoyhtiö tai joiden alihankkijan emoyhtiö on EU-/ETA-alueen ulkopuolella. Olemme näissä tapauksissa ottaneet huomioon vaaran, että henkilötietoja voidaan luovuttaa EU-/ETA-alueen ulkopuolella oleviin maihin esimerkiksi viranomaisten pyynnöstä.
Tilanteissa, joissa toinen henkilötietojesi vastaanottaja (kuten kuvattu yllä olevassa osiossa 5) on EU-/ETA-alueen ulkopuolella, myös henkilötietojasi siirretään EU-/ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle.
Kun me (tai jokin toimittajistamme) siirrämme henkilötietojasi EU-/ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle, varmistamme, että käytämme GDPR:ssä hyväksyttyjä suojatoimia siirron mahdollistamiseksi. Käytössämme ovat seuraavat suojatoimet:
Kun henkilötietojasi siirretään EU-/ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle, otamme myös käyttöön asianmukaiset tekniset ja organisatoriset suojatoimet suojataksemme luovutettavia henkilötietoja. Mitä suojatoimenpiteitä tarkkaan ottaen otamme käyttöön riippuu siitä, mikä on teknisesti toteutettavissa ja riittävän tehokasta kyseessä olevassa siirrossa.
Mikäli haluat lisätietoa tilanteista, joissa henkilötietojasi siirretään EU-/ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle, voit ottaa meihin yhteyttä.
7. Kuinka kauan säilytämme henkilötietojasi?
Kaikki henkilöt
Jos käsittelemme henkilötietojasi voidaksemme suojella ja valvoa oikeuksiamme, säilytämme henkilötietojasi, kunnes asianomainen oikeudellinen kysymys on ratkaistu lopullisesti.
Kävijät
Säilytämme henkilötietojasi yhden (1) vuoden ajan turvallisuussyistä. Evästeiden säilytysajat on määritelty -evästekäytännössä. Säilytämme henkilötietojasi Urasivuston suorituskyvyn analysoimiseksi yhtä kauan kuin säilytämme henkilötietojasi muihin tarkoituksiin.
Hakijat
Jos olet (vain) Yhteyttä ottava hakija, säilytämme henkilötietojasi niin kauan kuin olet yhteydessä meihin.
Jos olet muun tyyppinen Hakija, säilytämme henkilötietojasi, jotta voimme päättää, oletko sopiva ehdokas avoinna oleviin työpaikkoihimme.
Jos et pääse jatkoon alkuperäisessä rekrytointiprosessissa, säilytämme henkilötietojasi kaksi
(2) vuotta, jotta voimme harkita sinua tuleviin avoimiin työpaikkoihin ja mahdollisesti ottaa sinuun yhteyttä.
Jos sinut palkataan, säilytämme henkilötietojasi työsuhteen keston ajan muihin kuin edellä mainittuihin tarkoituksiin, joista sinulle ilmoitetaan.
Suosittelijat
Säilytämme henkilötietojasi niin kauan kuin säilytämme sen Hakijan henkilötietoja, jolle olet toiminut suosittelijana.
8. Mitä oikeuksia sinulla on ja kuinka voit käyttää niitä?
Seuraavasta osiosta voit lukea oikeuksistasi, kun käsittelemme henkilötietojasi. Kuten alla on kuvattu, jotkut oikeuksistasi ovat voimassa vain, kun käsittelemme henkilötietojasi tietyllä oikeusperusteella.
Jos haluat käyttää tässä lueteltuja oikeuksiasi, toimi seuraavasti:
- Käy yrityksen tietoturva- ja tietosuojasivulla, joka on Urasivustossamme. Sivulla on toimintoja, joiden kautta voit käyttää oikeuksiasi,
- Kirjaudu tilillesi palvelussamme. Voit käyttää oikeuksiasi asetusten avulla tai
- Ota meihin suoraan yhteyttä osoitteeseen rekry@comatec.fi.
Oikeus saada tietoa henkilötietojesi käsittelystä.
Sinulla on oikeus saada tietoa siitä, kuinka käsittelemme henkilötietojasi. Sinulla on myös oikeus saada tietoa siitä, jos suunnittelemme henkilötietojesi käsittelyä mihin tahansa muuhun tarkoitukseen kuin siihen, jota varten tiedot on alun perin kerätty.
Annamme sinulle tällaista tietoa tässä tietosuojakäytännössä, sivustomme päivitysten kautta (katso lisää alla olevasta osiosta 10) ja vastaamalla meiltä kysymiisi kysymyksiin.
Oikeus saada tutustua henkilötietoihin.
Sinulla on oikeus tietää, jos käsittelemme henkilötietojasi, ja saada jäljennös käsiteltävistä henkilötiedoistasi. Kun saat jäljennöksen tiedoistasi, saat myös tietoa siitä, kuinka käsittelemme henkilötietojasi.
Oikeus tutustua ja pyytää henkilötietojen siirtoa toiselle vastaanottajalle (”tietojen siirrettävyys”).
Voit pyytää jäljennöstä henkilötiedoistasi, joita käsittelemme kanssasi solmitun sopimuksen toteuttamiseksi tai suostumuksesi perusteella, jäsennellyssä, yleisesti käytetyssä, koneellisesti luettavassa muodossa. Näin voit käyttää näitä tietoja jossain muualla, esimerkiksi siirtääksesi ne toiselle vastaanottajalle. Mikäli se on teknisesti mahdollista, sinulla on myös oikeus pyytää, että siirrämme tiedot suoraan toiselle vastaanottajalle.
Oikeus poistaa henkilötiedot (”oikeus tulla unohdetuksi”).
Joissakin tapauksissa sinulla on oikeus pyytää meitä poistamaan sinua koskevat henkilötiedot. Näin on esimerkiksi tilanteessa, jossa meidän ei enää tarvitse käsitellä tietoja siihen tarkoitukseen, jota varten ne kerättiin; jos peruutat suostumuksesi; jos olet vastustanut käsittelyä eikä käsittelyyn ole muuta laillista, pakottavaa perustetta. (Katso alta osio, joka koskee oikeutta vastustaa käsittelyä.)
Oikeus vastustaa henkilötietojen käsittelyä.
Sinulla on oikeus vastustaa henkilötietojesi käsittelyä, joka perustuu oikeutettuun etuumme, viittaamalla erityiseen tilanteeseesi.
Oikeus rajoittaa tietojen käsittelyä.
Jos uskot, että käsittelemämme henkilötiedot eivät ole paikkansapitäviä, käsittelymme on lainvastaista tai että emme tarvitse tietoja käsittelyn tarkoituksiin, sinulla on oikeus pyytää, että rajoitamme tällaisten henkilötietojen käsittelyä. Jos vastustat käsittelyä yllä kuvatulla tavalla, voit myös pyytää meitä rajoittamaan näiden henkilötietojen käsittelyä siksi ajaksi, kun arvioimme pyyntöäsi.
Kun henkilötietojesi käsittelyämme on rajoitettu, käsittelemme (tietojen säilyttämisen lisäksi) tietoja vain suostumuksellasi tai oikeudellisen vaateen laatimiseksi, esittämiseksi tai puolustamiseksi, toisen luonnollisen henkilön tai oikeushenkilön oikeuksien suojaamiseksi tai tärkeää yleistä etua koskevasta syystä.
Oikeus oikaista henkilötietoja.
Sinulla on oikeus pyytää, että oikaisemme epätarkat tiedot ja että täydennämme tiedot, jotka ovat mielestäsi puutteellisia.
Oikeus peruuttaa suostumuksesi.
Kun käsittelemme henkilötietojasi suostumuksesi perusteella, sinulla on oikeus milloin tahansa peruuttaa tämä suostumus. Jos teet niin, keskeytämme tietojesi käsittelyn niihin tarkoituksiin, joiden osalta olet peruuttanut suostumuksesi. Tämä ei kuitenkaan vaikuta suostumuksen perusteella ennen sen peruuttamista suoritetun käsittelyn lainmukaisuuteen.
Oikeus tehdä valitus.
Mikäli sinulla on valitettavaa henkilötietojesi käsittelystämme, voit tehdä valituksen maan (Finland) tietosuojaviranomaiselle, täältä.
Voit myös tehdä valituksen kansalliselle tietosuojavaltuutetulle, jotka on lueteltu täällä, jos asut EU:ssa.
9. Kenelle osoitan kommenttini tai kysymykseni?

10. Tämän tietosuojakäytännön päivitykset
Päivitämme tätä tietosuojakäytäntöä tarvittaessa, esimerkiksi jos alamme käsitellä henkilötietojasi uudella tavalla, jos selkeytämme tietoja entisestään tai jos se on tarpeen sovellettavien tietosuojalakien noudattamiseksi.

When this Privacy Policy uses the term Applicant, it refers to the Contacting Applicant, Job Applicant, Acquired Applicant, and Recommended Applicant, unless otherwise stated.
1. Information about the processing of personal data
Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a natural person. Examples of personal data include name, email address, telephone number and IP address. The processing of personal data involves any fully or partially automated use of personal data, such as collection, creation, analysis, disclosure and deletion of personal data.
We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679, GDPR) and the Act on the Protection of Privacy in Working Life (759/2004, as amended) as well as other applicable data protection legislation. .
Most of the obligations of the General Data Protection Regulation apply to the controller. The controller is the entity that decides for what purposes personal data is used and how it is processed. The controller may use a processor for the processing of personal data. A processor is an entity that may only process personal data in accordance with the controller's instructions and may not use the personal data for its own purposes.

2. What personal data do we process?
All persons
- Device Information - If you visit our Careers Site, we collect information about your device, such as IP address, browser type and version, behavior during the session, traffic source, screen resolution, selected language, geographic location, operating system, and device settings/use.

- Information about your public profile Information we collect about your work experience from public sources, such as LinkedIn or your current employer's website; if you provide us with your LinkedIn profile or other public online sources.
- Information from Recommendors - Information we receive from our employees or partners who recommend you to us, or from individuals you have indicated as your references.
3. Where do we get your personal information?
All persons
- Career site. When you visit our Career Site, we collect technical and statistical information about your use of the Career Site and on your device.
- From you. We receive much of the information we process from you, for example when you apply for a job with us or contact us. You can always choose not to provide us with your information. However, without your personal data, we will not be able to process your application or provide you with the information you have requested.
Recommends
- A person who has enrolled you as a referee. If the Applicant has registered you as a Referrer, we will collect your contact information from the Applicant so that we can contact you.
Applicants
- From public sources. We may collect your personal information from public sources, such as LinkedIn or your current employer's website, if you provide us with your LinkedIn profile or other public online sources.
- From our recommenders. We may collect your personal information from our employees or partners (such as recruitment service providers) if they believe your profile is appropriate for our current or future vacancies.
- From your references. If you provide us with references, we may collect your personal data from them.
- Information that we create ourselves or together with you. Information about your application and profile is usually created by us or together with you during the recruitment process. This may include, for example, notes, assessments and tests on interviews.

5. To whom do we disclose your personal data?

Our group company. We may use your application data for open recruitment of all companies in our group company, provided that you have consented to the use of your data also for future recruitments.

6. When do we transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA and how do we protect it?
We always strive to process your personal data in the EU/EEA.
However, some of our suppliers and their subcontractors process your personal data outside the EU/EEA. 7. How long do we keep your personal data?
All persons
If we process your personal data in order to protect and enforce our rights, we will retain your personal data until the relevant legal issue is finally resolved.
Visitors
We will retain your personal data for one (1) year for security reasons. The cookie retention periods are defined -cookie in practice. We will retain your personal data to analyze the performance of the Careers Site for as long as we retain your personal data for other purposes.
Applicants
If you are a (only) contacting applicant, we will retain your personal data for as long as you contact us.
If you are other type Applicant, we store your personal data so that we can decide if you are a suitable candidate for our open positions.
If you are unable to continue in the original recruitment process, we will retain your personal data two (2) years, so that we can consider you for future vacancies and possibly contact you.
If you are hired, we will retain your personal data for the duration of the employment for purposes other than those mentioned above, which you will be notified of.
Recommends
We will retain your personal data for as long as we retain the personal data of the Applicant for whom you have acted as a referee.
8. What rights do you have and how can you exercise them?
In the next section, you can read about your rights when we process your personal data. As described below, some of your rights only apply when we process your personal data on a specific legal basis.

The right to be informed about the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to be informed about how we process your personal data. You also have the right to be informed if we plan to process your personal data for any purpose other than that for which the data was originally collected.
We will provide you with such information in this Privacy Policy, through updates to our website (see more in section 1 below) and by answering the questions you have asked us.
Right of access to personal data.
You have the right to know if we are processing your personal data and to receive a copy of your personal data processed. When you receive a copy of your data, you will also receive information about how we process your personal data.

The right to rectify personal data.
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate information and complete information that you believe is incomplete.
The right to withdraw your consent.
When we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. If you do so, we will suspend the processing of your data for the purposes for which you have withdrawn your consent. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
